Below are a few examples of what you can expect for a sink replacement or countertop repair out of the thousands of jobs over my 20 year career. On this series of photos we had a discontinued Avonite solid surface sink that needed to be replaced. The challenge was to find an under mount that would fit the hole once the Avonite sink was cut out. So I located a 33 x 22 inch under mount Quartz sink that had a similar style, the homeowner loved it!!

Below was a Corian sink that was cracked due to someone dropping something heavy in it. The center photo I am showing the sink in the process of being cut out. Then of course, the sink completed. This is one of the great things with solid surface, it can be repaired and made seamless again!

Below is another solid surface sink that I cut out and installed a 16 gauge under mount stainless steel sink.

In this next series of photos I repaired a couple of jobs that did not have seam support as required per manufactured specifications. Having seam support on all seams is what makes your 10-15 year warranty valid. Trust me when I tell you, not everyone uses seam support on all seams. If this is done your solid surface countertop will last you a life time. Below are a couple of seams that have failed because of no seam support but were repaired by SOLIDART. Solid surface is the ONLY repairable surface on the market period!
